Tribute Football Match
Last December Jason Travers aged 25, tragically died from testicular cancer. He was a friend of and a player at Risborough Rangers FC.
Following Jason's death, Andy Woodward organised and held a tribute/re-union game in his honour. The original team mates Jason started his career with when he was 11, celebrated their ten year re-union since finishing at Under 16's in 1998 and played a World XI of carefully selected local talent to raise money for the 'Jason Travers Tribute Fund'
The club have raised £1500.00 to date which is a great amount to have raised. This money will go towards male cancer research at the Everyman Centre in Sutton.
