Jason Travers is remembered by friends and family
In December 2007 Jason Travers aged 25, tragically died from testicular cancer.
Following Jason's death, friend and fellow player at Risborough Rangers FC, Andy Woodward, organised a tribute/re-union game in his honour.
The original team mates who Jason started his career with when he was 11, celebrated their ten year re-union since finishing at Under 16's in 1998 by playing a World XI of carefully selected local talent to raise money for the 'Jason Travers Tribute Fund'.
The club have raised £1500.00 to date which is a great amount to have raised. This money will go towards male cancer research at the Everyman Centre in Sutton.
