The Tokyo Marathon takes place in one of the most legendary and thriving cities in the world. With a course that symbolizes the past, present and future of Tokyo, this really is a unique international event to be part of.
Accompanied by a field of 35,000 runners, you will take in some truly memorable sights on the 26.2 mile course including the Imperial Place, Tokyo Metropolitan Office, Tokyo Tower, Asakusa Kaminarimon Gate and Ginza 4-chome Intersection.
Taking part in the event
The 2011 Tokyo Marathon takes place on Sunday 27 February. We are delighted to be able to offer our supporters a guaranteed place on our Tokyo Marathon Team. In return, we ask you to pledge to raise a minimum sponsorship of £1500.
To apply for one of our guaranteed places simply download an application form or email us with your contact details and we'll post an information pack out to you.
Getting to Tokyo couldn't be easier, with regular daily flights travelling to and from London and other airports in the UK. And, as we are not tied in with any tour operators for this event, you have the freedom to arrange your own travel and stay for as little or as long as you like in this exciting city!
