The Big Stride
Organise a walk with your family, friends or work mates. It's a great way to socialise, get active and help make a difference to everyone affected by prostate and testicular cancer.
Your Big Stride can take place at any time of the year, or you may prefer a special day such as Father's Day.
Your walk can be for as many people as you like and can be anything from a stroll in the local park, a ramble in the countryside or a city walk. You decide!

Simply register online, call us on 0800 713 9468 or email us the details of your walk. Once you've registered, we'll send you a fundraising and information pack full of everything you'll need to make a start on your Big Stride.
