The Big Stride Terms and Conditions
1. Terms: By taking part in The Big Stride you agree to abide by the terms and conditions and instructions given by The Big Stride Team at Everyman.
2. Injury: By signing this form, you acknowledge that Everyman does not accept any responsibility for any accident, injury, loss, or damage to you or your property incurred as a result of your participation in The Big Stride.
3. Health: Any participant who has any concern about his or her physical condition is advised to consult their doctor before taking part in their walk.
4. Entry: One entry per walk to be filled in by the walk organiser.
5. Fundraising: By signing this form, you agree to try and raise as much sponsorship money as possible for The Everyman male cancer campaign.
6. T-Shirt: one t-shirt available per organiser. Additional t-shirts are subject to a suggested donation of £5 (includes postage & packaging).
7. Age: A walk organiser must be over 16 years of age on the day of their Big Stride walk. If under 16, please provide written permission from a parent or guardian. We also recommend that an adult be present on the day of the walk.
